Disposition versions
158. Every person authorized to harvest timber in the forests in the domain of the State or a third person to whom the person has entrusted the harvesting work who contravenes any of sections 45 and 46, the first and second paragraphs of section 58, sections 150 and 153 commits an offence and is liable to the fine provided for in paragraph 3 of section 245 of the Sustainable Forest Development Act (chapter A-18.1).

158.
